Sofia Lamarche, MScPT

Sofia is a passionate, evidence-informed physiotherapist dedicated to helping clients move with confidence and get back to the activities they love. She takes an individualized approach to care, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
Sofia holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and has experience working with clients across the lifespan and in a variety of clinical and rehabilitation settings. Her clinical experience spans high-performance orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care to complex neurological rehabilitation and spinal cord injury. She has also worked in clinical research at the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford, giving her a strong appreciation for evidence-based practice and the integration of research into clinical care.
Outside of the clinic, Sofia enjoys running marathons, strength training, hiking, and spending time with her dog. She’s passionate about a good cup of coffee and is always looking for her next great book recommendation.
