Dr. Jas Chahal is now the Medical Director of OV Surgical Centre
Dr. Jas Chahal is pleased to announce his appointment as Medical Director of OV Surgical Centre, an accredited surgical facility in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood. A board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Chahal has more than a decade of experience in clinical care, academic research and professional sports medicine. He specializes in hip, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, as well as cartilage repair. In addition to his new role, Dr. Chahal In addition to his new role, Dr. Chahal s as a team surgeon for Toronto FC and the University of Toronto Varsity Blues. He was also the former Division Head of Orthopaedic Surgery at Women’s College Hospital.
As Medical Director, Dr. Chahal will help guide OV Surgical Centre’s delivery of safe, timely and patient-centred orthopaedic care. The centre specializes in sports medicine, minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures and orthobiologics, supporting patients from across Canada throughout their surgical journey.
This appointment reflects Dr. Chahal’s continued commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based treatment and improving access to high-quality orthopaedic care.
